My overall health had been in a steady decline for a couple of years since the covid lockdowns, and I had gotten to a point where I needed some guidance to help me out of the rut. “My business was growing but so was my waistline. I’d fallen out of love with the gym, but I didn’t want to get so out of shape that I’d have a mountain to climb, so I came to Lou in need of a complete reset.

After 16 weeks I’ve lost 25 pounds of fat but the thing I’m most pleased with is the strength and muscle I’ve built in this short period of time. I’m lighter but the strongest I’ve ever been.

“I approached Lou after deciding I needed help and a change in lifestyle. I wasn’t happy with my weight or how I looked in the mirror. I’ve been lifting weights for a number of years now and never really seen any difference and it had become more of a tick box exercise.

“I’m so glad that I took the plunge and sent a message to Lou in January asking about his body transformation program.

Almost 8 months later and I’m really pleased with what he’s helped me to achieve. The regular contact has kept me continually motivated, and the one on one sessions have been a great way to build my confidence in the gym.
